Global Loyalty Platform (GLP)
A project to allow users to pool all Avious from Iberia, British Airways and Avios Group into one account or Household account
Executive Club member area. The challenge here is to see if the user can tell what the total Avios is and what is it made up of.

Research
I arranged a session with British Airways Executive Club members showing off the designs, having contextual interviews and gathering their feedback through a focus group style discussion as well. So all in all a day full of user interaction and gaining valuable feedback.
Household balance and breakdown
After chats with Executive Club members the total and breakdown that our members wanted included My British Airways Avios, Avios in other channels, total of other Household members.
Following designs show the final visual of how the breakdown looks like within the lockup.

Linking Avios
Linking Avios should be a seamless process. All happening on the same page without just a few clicks. Linking and de-linking should be simple and easy to manage. Linking and de-linking actions and visual cues should be easy to identify.
Showing linked programmes and programmes available to link. Available programmes would be detected through the main Avios account.
Two Factor Authentication (2FA)
Two Factor Authentication was also introduced as part of the GLP project.
