Redesigning Executive club flight list is always a challenge as there are alot of rules and guidelines for users and very little flight availability which has caused some distress amongst our Exec club members.

Remote testing using video conferencing software Webex. Candidates went through Redemption calculator, Flight list and some other areas.

AA compliance was another requirement for this project. I worked using NVDA and had some fantastic support from Technical team lead and as a result this was termed as an exemplary effort as it was early days of enforcing AA compliance.

The redesign of Executive club flight list screen included an introduction of OFF PEAK days providing cheaper redemption flights on certain days of the week.
