Upcoming release: Using a Hub and Spoke model
Current implementation takes the user straight to Direct contacts. Rethinking IA and user research lead to a Hub and Spoke model which works best for user tasks.
- Research shows, users use this device to attend a meeting, take a picture, record an inspection or ask a contact for help.
- Most journeys end in a video call.
- By providing different task based spokes we can help the user better. The size of the screen is small and when we add language challenges we need a carefully planned decluttered UI that allows the user to focus and finish the job at hand.
