Research

All recruitment for CMM was done using our Webex collaboration app. Research included Discovery sessions with customers who were interested in the feature and sharing prototypes with the same focus group for usability testing. In the end our customers owned these features and were always available for chats, surveys, polls, discovery and usability testing.
